The big day may have come and gone, but keep in touch as we’re always up to something new and exciting.

The Uptown Community Health Fair is a free, family-friendly event dedicated to improving the health and wellness of our community. Taking place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Harvest Hope Park, this annual fair brings together local health providers, nonprofits, educational organizations, and community partners to offer a wide range of free services and resources.
Harvest Hope Park: 13704 N. 20th St., Tampa, FL 33613
Our goal is to connect residents with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to live healthier, happier lives — all in a welcoming, accessible setting. Whether you come for a check-up, to learn about local services, or to enjoy the community atmosphere, there’s something for everyone at the Uptown Community Health Fair.

The holidays are a time for family, community, and giving. This Thanksgiving, CANDO is continuing our annual effort to help local families celebrate the holiday with a turkey on the table.
Last year, the generosity of our community helped CANDO provide more than 200 families with a FREE Thanksgiving turkey. This year, we’re hoping to reach even more.
Turkeys will be distributed to community members during CANDO’s Annual Uptown Community Health Fair, where families can also connect with health, wellness, and community resources.
