Kid's Robotics
Registration Is Now Open for CANDO Robotics
CANDO’s year-round robotics team is now accepting registrations for students ages 9 to 12. Completion of Intro to Robotics is required prior to joining the year-round team.
This advanced, hands-on program builds on foundational robotics skills and prepares students to work as a team to design, build, and program robots for local and regional robotics competitions. Participants will strengthen engineering, coding, problem solving, and teamwork skills in a structured and supportive environment.
The program is designed for students who have completed Intro to Robotics and are ready to apply their STEM knowledge in competitive settings that encourage innovation, collaboration, and real-world application.
Space is limited.
- Must be 9 - 12 Years Old

Learn to Play the Steel Pan
Discover the joy of playing the steel pan with our innovative onsite program! Combining traditional steel pan techniques with modern technology, you'll use an iPad to guide you through each step. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this program offers a unique and engaging way to learn.
About the Steel Pan: The steel pan, also known as the steel drum, is a musical instrument originating from the Caribbean. It is known for its distinctive, melodic sound and is a central part of Caribbean music and culture.
