Volunteers are the backbone of our festival and we couldn't bring you the best without the support of great people like you! We've worked hard to create a great volunteer program where our volunteers have a great time supporting the event while enjoying all of the perks! The Tampa Bay Caribbean Festival depends on our volunteer teams which includes people of all ages each year, new and repeating, and each person plays a very special part in our continued success. Our mission is to promote cultural awareness, development and advancement of the Caribbean American Community and our volunteers are our ambassadors supporting this mission. We are so excited that you are considering coming aboard or returning to support this event!
